Thank you so much for visiting our website. We rent cars, scooters and also offer transport services which include taxi services and custom tours, as well as some activities that you might want to do while in Ubud and Bali, such as rafting, downhill cycling, ATV, hiking, jeep hiking, and many more!

What petrol to use for cars and scooters?For petrol please use only Pertalite or Pertamax only.

Which side of the road do we drive in Bali ?In Indonesia we drive at the left side of the road, for those whose habit/rule in their country is at a different side more recommended to do practice before, a driving course which includes introduction about the Indonesian rule and learning how to drive a certain scooter can be booked with additional charge.

Any tips when we need to stop somewhere ?When you stop somewhere please make sure the seat is locked and the scooter is in a good parking position, for your safety also.

How to get to the other side of the road ?When need to stop and go at the other side of the road while driving, please stand at the middle of the road (some road has white line in the middle) wait for a while and make sure your sign light is on, once all clear and enough space to going, than can go to other side of the road.

What is the difference between key manual and remote key ?It's basically the same function, namely to control the bike (on and off position) For remote key, not recommend putting it under the seat, since it might be lost signal and cant be used to control the scooter or bike when that happens.

Is it ok if we put the phone under the scooter seat ?Not recommended to put the phone under the seat, since it will sometimes affect the electricity and not be good for safety.

How to book cars or scooters ?Contact us for checking the availability and negotiate and confirm about the rate. When booking scooter or cars, can share us pin location at google map where you would like us to send it and communicate about the time to send and other details as well, e.g how many helm need, any extra charge that applied etc.

What is included in the rate when we book scooters or cars for rental ?its include usage of the bike of course, standard helm (we have kids helm as well), phone holder, delivery within Ubud area (other area can also do delivery and take the bike, with additional charge applied).
